  4. Spray with water and allow to prove for 30-1 hour depending on kitchen temperature. they should be about double in size.
  5. Spray 1 more time with water sprinkle with sesame seeds if you wish then bak at 180oC for 15 minutes. They should have a good golden brown colour all over. if not adjust the time accordingly.
