- Cut each burger buns horizontally into 2 equal halves and scoop out the centers of each bread bun halve.
- Brush each halve 1 tsp of melted butter

- Top with carrot, cabbage, and salsa.
- At the top with grated cheese over each bun.
- Grilled until cheese is melted and bubbly.
